Do you offer live support?
Celerity offers a team of live support specialists that are ready to help you with your specific issue. Our support staff have distinct knowledge of your custom EMR and can come in remotely to assist your staff with what ever issue they may be having. It is like having your own built in included IT staff just for your EMR and billing system! We are consistently rated highest in our support and assistance to our customers.
Can you interface with other programs?
Celerity has the ability to interface with just about any platform. Currently we have active interfaces with hospital based EMR and billing systems along with numerous Lab systems and EMAR platforms. We can also interface with CRM programs and export any data that you may wish.
I don’t have tech savvy staff, will my staff be able to learn this system?
Celerity has focused on making the electronic record and billing system very simple and easy to use. Most staff regardless of technology experience can learn to use the system in a matter of hours. Our experienced training staff have extensive experience working in the behavioral health field and will teach your staff everything from how to use the system to how to organize their office to use the system while a client is with them. We also offer ongoing training materials and online videos that they can look back to for continued support.
How long to implement CAM?
We customize the chart to meet each client’s specific needs so typical installations take 2-3 months.
What if we want to make changes to our documentation?
No problem! Our technology allows us to make any requested change, even after initial development and implementation. Better yet, if the changes are mandated for accreditation, there is no cost to you!
We are a non-profit organization. Can we afford CAM?
Yes, you can! We offer multiple different pricing models. Since 90% of our clients are non-profit, we price accordingly for those practices with more limited financial resources.
