Celerity LLC is adding Medical Billing Specialists to our growing team in Kenmore , NY. Celerity is a leading provider of Electronic Medical Records software for Chemical Dependency, Mental Health and Behavioral Health Treatment facilities. We also provide full Billing Services and revenue cycle management for our clients who are utilizing our EMR.

The responsibilities of our Medical Billing Specialists are:

  • Review Pre-Bill, prepare and submit clean claims timely to Payors
  • Post Payor remittances including adjustments and patient responsibility assignments
  • Proactive follow up on claims through resolution- confirm acceptance, correct and rebill denials, appeals, contact and communicate effectively with Payors as necessary to resolve A/R
  • Communicate effectively with facility regarding account needs
  • Proactive problem solving

The successful candidate is /has:

  • Strong billing knowledge
  • Computer and Excel proficient
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare billing
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented, organized
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently as well as with a team
  • Medical Coding experience a plus
  • Experience with Clearinghouses a plus
  • Experience with electronic billing software a plus
  • Honest, reliable and maintains the strictest confidentiality

  • Medical Billing: 2 years

The Sales Manager is responsible for calling prospects to coordinate demonstrations for CAM, call current partners to ensure excellent service and continued improvement of use, keep documents detailing work done and status of prospect relationships, dedicate themselves to an excellent understanding of our product and the solutions we offer, and be an effective communicator. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in a like or similar field, have an outgoing an extroverted personality, fit well in our team environment, and be able to handle consistent hardship in pursuit of company goals.

Leading provider of Electronic Behavioral Health Records seeking Database Developer / Support Tech

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Build customized database screens using a proprietary flexible software solution.
  • Answer and resolve support issues from live users of our electronic record.
  • Link database screens together and add functionality using logic scripts learning proprietary software language.
  • Assist in training and implementation of customized systems as needed.
  • Build customized print forms correlating to database screens.

Qualifications Include:

  • Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems
  • Understand of basic programming structures / logic.
  • SQL database and server knowledge.
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office, FTP, etc.)
  • Proficient problem solving and analytic skills
  • Ability to act as a self-starter and work on your own
  • Degree in Tech field preferred
