House of Charity's Day by Day outpatient program for men and women offers a total quality of life approach to co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency treatment. Program components include: group therapy, individual and family counseling, psychotherapy, chemical health assessment, mental health evaluation and integrated dual-diagnosis case management. The curriculum is based on the Hazelden Experiential Learning Program.
Additional supports available at House of Charity include transitional and permanent supportive housing for those experiencing long-term homelessness and daily meals for transitional housing residents and the public.
