Buffalo, NY (1 June 2005) - Celerity LLC, a software company specializing in records management programs for chemical dependency treatment providers, has moved its headquarters office to 375 Linwood Avenue in Buffalo's Delaware district.
Celerity's primary market of private and public chemical dependency providers was originally confined to New York State. With clients recently secured in Maryland and Florida, the company anticipates an increase in its sales and office staff to accommodate the new regional strategy. Its move to new offices will help Celerity accommodate this expansion.
Celerity was founded in 2005 by Peter S. Labaki, who serves as its president and CEO. Labaki, a 1995 graduate of SUNY Buffalo, secured an agreement with a unit of his alma mater, partnering with SUNY Buffalo's Research Institute on Addictions to develop Clinical Addictions Manager (CAM).
CAM is a software program designed to manage patient history and treatment records more effectively and efficiently than conventional provider practices. Says Celerity's Labaki, "We help chemical dependency providers focus on their mission: saving lives."
